Mason currently serves as the Director of Audio-Visual Operations at Boynton Beach Community Church, where he oversees livestream engineering, audio systems, lighting design, and production workflows. He has played a key role in elevating the church’s technical capabilities, implementing modern equipment, and designing optimized systems that support high-quality weekly services and major events.

Mason is also the founder of Watts Audio Visual, where he provides professional consulting, system design, and production support for clients seeking elevated audio-visual solutions. His work blends analytical thinking with creativity, reflecting his passion for technology, design, and problem-solving.

Outside of work and school, Mason enjoys an active and hands on lifestyle. He spends his free time skeet shooting, cooking new recipes, going to the gym, playing guitar, and relaxing with his dogs.
